MR灌注成像在评价慢性肾功能不全中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨MR灌注成像在评价慢性肾功能不全中的作用。方法应用MR灌注成像技术,对20例正常志愿者及20例慢性肾功能不全患者进行肾功能对照研究。测定肾灌注图上各个肾皮质及髓质的信号强度改变,绘制和分析各时间-信号曲线。分析血肌酐量与MR信号强度的关系。结果时间-信号曲线的改变能客观的反映肾功能的变化,血肌酐量与MR信号强度呈明显负相关,能对肾功能作半定量分析,并能对部分病因进行诊断。结论MR灌注成像可作为一种新的、无创的、敏感而可靠的评价肾功能的检查方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate magnetic resonance perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of chronic renal dysfunction(CRD).Methods Twenty healthy persons and 20 CRD patients were involved in the study and underwent the magnetic resonance perfusion imaging.Functional analysis was evaluated with the mean signal intensity-time curves at the renal cortex and medulla.The relationship between the serum creatinine level and signal intensity value was analyzed.Results The change of signal intensity-time curves could reflect the condition of renal function objectively.There was significant negative correlation between the serum creatinine level and signal intensity value.Analysis of half-quantity of renal function could be carried out and some causes of CRD could be diagnosed.Conclusion The magnetic resonance perfusion imaging technique is proved as a new,non-invasive,sensitive and dependable examination method for renal function.
