甘草粉蜜汤合黄芪注射液治疗白细胞减少症30例临床观察

目的观察甘草粉蜜汤合黄芪注射液治疗白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法将60例白细胞减少症患者按照随机分组的方法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,分别采用甘草粉蜜汤合黄芪注射液和鲨肝醇治疗。60天后比较两组疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.0%、50.0%(P<0.01);两组治疗后外周血白细胞计数较治疗前均明显升高(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论甘草粉蜜汤合黄芪注射液治疗白细胞减少症疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of "Gancao Fenmi Decoction" and "Huangqi Injection" in Treating 30 Cases of Leukopenia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Gancao Fenmi Decoction" and "Huangqi Injection" in treating leukopenia. Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups and respectively treated with this therapy and Batilol Tablets, with a course of 60 days. Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group and 50.0% in control group, P < 0.01; after treatment, the white blood count was increased in both groups (P < 0.01), with better effects in treatment group than in control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion This therapy is quite effective for leukopenia.
