脂肪肝与谷丙转氨酶、血糖及血脂的相关性分析

目的探讨脂肪肝与谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)的相关性,为预防脂肪肝提供依据。方法2006年10月对某高校816名高级知识分子、高级干部进行健康体检,B超检查诊断脂肪肝218例,同时空腹抽血进行谷丙转氨酶、血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇的测定,并对结果进行分析。结果脂肪肝患者血清谷丙转氨酶、血糖、甘油三酯和总胆固醇的异常率均高于非脂肪肝组,且随着脂肪肝程度的加重,血清谷丙转氨酶、血糖和甘油三酯的异常率越高。结论脂肪肝与患者血清谷丙转氨酶、血糖、甘油三酯和总胆固醇的异常有关。

Fatty liver and its correlation with alanine am inotransferase, blood glucose and blood fat

Objective To investigate the correlation of fatty liver with alanine am inotransferase,blood glucose and blood fat.Methods 816 senior intellectuals received physical examination in October 2006,218 cases of fatty liver and 598 cases non-fatty liver were found by ultrasonic diagnosis,and were compared with the above 4 factors.Results Four indexes,alanine am inotransferase(ALT),blood glucose(FBG),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)in patients with fatty liver were significantly higher than those in the non-fatty liver group,and with the increase of severity,the possibility of abnomal alanine am inotransferase,blood glucose,and triglyceride also increased.Conclusion The incidence of fatty liver has a positive correlation with alanine am inotransferase,blood glucose and blood lipid.
