| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双钢板内固定治疗成人肱骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法自2007年5月至2009年5月采用双钢板治疗肱骨远端骨折共24例,男16例,女8例;年龄21～76岁,平均39岁。按AO/ASIF分型:A型3例,B型7例,C型14例。按照不同的骨折类型采用相应的内固定并进行功能锻炼。定期随访了解骨折愈合和关节功能恢复情况。结果 24例均获得随访,随访时间14～36个月。平均28个月,24例骨折均愈合,按改良Cassebaum法评价肘关节术后疗效:优15例,良6例,可2例,差1例,优良率87.5%。结论双钢板固定治疗成人肱骨远端骨折,固定确实,可早期进行肘关节功能锻炼,可以获得满意的治疗效果。 |
