| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三叉神经微血管减压术后出现口角疱疹的原因及其治疗。方法回顾性分析在我院住院的34例三叉神经痛患者,均行微血管减压术,术后有3例患者出现唇角疱疹,分析发病原因,并给予局部用药及静脉抗病毒用药,观察其疗效。结果经过治疗后,疱疹萎缩、消退。无无效病例,有效率为100%。结论三叉神经微血管减压术后出现口角疱疹,与术中骚扰三叉神经,激活神经节细胞内的疱疹病毒有关,经抗病毒治疗,效果良好。预防此并发症,主要减少术中对三叉神经的骚扰及损伤。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the causes and treating method of facial herpes zoster by microvascular decompression(MVD) of the trigeminal neuralgia(TN).Methods 34 cases of MVD were analyzed retrospectively.There were 3 cases that develop facial herpes zoster.The causes was analyzed.Local medication and antiviral drug were given to the patients.The curative effect was observed.Results Facial herpes zoster was healing well after the treatment.The effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The facors of facial herpes zoster b... |
