摘    要:
目的:优选转输颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:以人参总皂苷,甘草总黄酮及总多糖含量的加权和为定量指标,按正交表L9(34)安排试验,对影响提取效率的4个因素进行考察。结果:优选出的提取工艺为加10倍量30%乙醇,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选工艺设计合理、结果稳定,可为转输颗粒的工业化生产提供理论依据。

Abstract:
Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of Zhuanshu Granules.Method: L9(34) table was used to examine the effects of the 4 factors,and the weighted sum of the content of ginsenoside,total flavones in Licorice and total polysaccharides were determined by orthogonal test.Result: The optimal extraction process was as follows: 10 times of 30% alcohol was added and reflux extraction was performed 3 times for 1.5 h each time.Conclusion: The optimized extraction process was reasonable in design,stable in r...
