| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年肺结核的临床特点。方法对178例老年肺的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果老年肺结核呼吸系统症状多见,全身中毒症状少,多伴有合并症或并发症,影像学和痰检确诊困难者可行支气镜检查及刷检可提高诊断率。结论老年肺结核早期诊断困难,临床医生应提高认识,减少误诊。在治疗上应根据老年人特点并结合具体情况制定治疗方案并定期复查。 |
