木姜叶柯总黄酮的提取工艺

摘    要:目的:优选木姜叶柯总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮中主要有效成分根皮苷的提取量为考察指标,采用对比试验与正交试验相结合的方法优选木姜叶柯总黄酮提取工艺条件。结果:木姜叶柯总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:回流提取3次,每次用10倍药材量的70%乙醇,每次2 h。结论:该提取工艺科学、合理、可行。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of the total flavones of Lithocarpus litseifolius.Method: Main effective component of phloridzin in total flavones was taken as indexes,and extraction process was optimized by comparative experiment and orthogonal test.Result: The optimum extraction process was determined as follows: extracting three times by refluxing,10-fold drug amount and 70% alcohol added and extracted for two hours.Conclusion: The extraction process is scientific,reasonable and feasible.
