涂阳肺结核患者家庭密切接触者活动性肺结核检出分析

目的了解自贡市沿滩区涂阳肺结核患者家庭密切接触者中活动性肺结核检出情况。方法检查涂阳肺结核患者家庭密切接触者1 542人,年龄（15岁儿童进行结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物试验,对结核菌素反应≥10mm或虽（10mm但伴有水疱等强反应的儿童和≥15岁人群均摄X线胸片,对胸片提示胸部有异常阴影者进行痰涂片和痰培养检查。结果涂阳肺结核患者家庭密切接触者中活动性肺结核患者检出率为3.8%,涂阳肺结核检出率为0.8%。结论自贡市沿滩区涂阳肺结核患者家庭密切接触者中活动性肺结核患者检出率较高。

Detection of Active Pulmonary Tuberculosis Among Close Family Contacts of Smear-positive Tuberculosis Patients

Objective To understand the detection of active pulmonary tuberculosis among close family contacts of smear-positive tuberculosis patients in Yantan district.Methods A total of 1542 close family contacts received exa mination,the children less than 15 years old received tuberculin purified protein derivative test,and those with the test result of ≥10mm or﹤10mm but with mal and people aged≥15 years received chest x-ray exa mination.Sputum smear and sputum culture check were conducted among those with shadows on lungs.Results The detection rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis among close family contacts of smear-positive tuberculosis patients was 3.8% in Yantan district.The detection rate of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis was 0.8%.Conclusion The detection rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis among close family contacts of smear-positive tuberculosis patients was high in Yantan district.
