| 摘 要： | 目的:建立小鼠胃热证的病理模型。方法:用附子等辛热药物灌胃,5%乙醇代水自由饮用造模。治疗组同时给予清胃散。3周后观察小鼠肛温、胃组织中cAMP、SOD、MDA含量及胃和舌的组织学变化。结果:模型组小鼠肛温、cAMP等的变化符合胃热证的特征;清胃散治疗后,胃热证的生化和组织学检查等均有所改善。结论:本方法能成功地建立胃热证的病理模型。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a pathological model of stomach-heat syndrome in mice. Methods: Acrid herbs and 5% alcohol were used to make model. In treatment group, "Stomach-Clearing Powder" was prescribed. Three weeks later, the anal temperature, the contents of stomach cAMP, SOD, MDA, and the pathological changes of stomach and tongue were observed. Results: In model group, the lab indexes and pathological changes agreed with the characteristics of stomach-heat syndrome; after treatment by the Powder, lab indexes and pathological changes obviously improved. Conclusion: This method is successful in establishing the pathological model of stomach-heat syndrome. |
