精液预洗后顶体酶活性测定的动态观察

目的：观察精子顶体酶活性的动态变化,为临床选择最佳受精时机提供参考依据。方法：29例不育夫妇男方精液,测定不同时间段（30 min,60 min,120 min及180 min）精子顶体酶活性,探讨各时间段精子顶体酶活性的变化及组间差异。结果：各组顶体酶活性释放分别为：54.3%,62.1%,75.9%,82.9%,180分钟组为最高,顶体酶30 min、60 min释放阳性率与180 min释放阳性率有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,而120 min与180 min无显著差异（P〉0.05）。精子顶体酶活性在180 min时阳性释放率最高。结论：提示临床加精时间应该安排在120 min为宜。

Study on the Relationship between Sperm Acrosin Activity and Insemination during Invitro Fertilization

Objective：To study the dynamic changes of sperm acrosin activity, provides the reference for the clinical selection of the best fertilization time. Methods： Ddtermined the semen＇s sperm acrosin activity of 29 infertile couples in different time （30 min, 60 min, 120 min and 180 min）. Results： The acr0sin release respectively of each group were： 54.3%, 62.1%, 75.9%, 82.9%, and 180 rain group was the highest. The acrosome enzyme of 30 min and 60 min were significant lower than 180 min （P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference between 120 min and 180 min（P〉0.05）. The rate of release of sperm acrosin activity in 180 min was the highest. Conclusion： Clinical add time should be arranged at 120 min.
