| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前列腺素E1与依那普利合用治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效.方法将75例DN患者随机分为对照组、依那普利组及前列腺素E1合用依那普利组.比较三组24小时尿微量白蛋白(Um Alb)定量.结果两个治疗组用药后Um Alb均明显降低(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),以前列腺素E1合用依那普利组降低更明显(P＜0.01),前列腺素E1合用依那普利组与依那普利组治疗后比较差异明显(P＜0.05).结论联合应用前列腺素E1及血管转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)是治疗DN有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of prostaglandin injection combine with Enalapril in treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods Seventy-five cases with DN were randomly divided in to control group, Enalapril group, prostaglandin + Enalapril group. Twenty-four hours urine micro albumin (Um Alb) were observed and compared among three groups.Results The Um Alb was reduced significantly after treatment in two therapeutic groups (P<0.05,P<0.01). There was much obviously decreased in prostaglandin + Enalapril group than those in control group (P<0.01). There was significantly difference after treatment between prostaglandin + Enalapril group and Enalapril group (P<0.05). Conclusion Unite prostaglandin with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) is an effective therapy in DN. |
