北京市平谷区2007年水痘疫情流行病学分析

目的了解北京市平谷区水痘疫情的流行情况，为制定水痘疫情防制措施提供科学依据。方法对2007年平谷区水痘疫情数据进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2007年平谷区共发生多发疫情6起，多发疫情大多发生在学校，合计病例401例，全区平均罹患率为10．3／10万；主要以4～15岁儿童发病为主，男女发病比例为1．66：1；对于散发病例的处理，全区采取应急接种水痘疫苗，共接种52起，全部发生在学校和托幼机构，共接种2994人次。结论做好对患病学生的隔离和宣传工作是预防控制学校水痘流行和扩散的重要措施。

Epidemiological Analysis on Varicella in Pinggu District of Beijing City in 2007

[Objective]To understand the epidemic status of varicella in Pinggu District of Beijing City, and provide scientific evidence for developing control measures.[Methods]Epidemiological analysis was performed on epidemic data of varicella in Pinggu District.[Results]A total of 6 cases of outbreak occurred in Pinggu District in 2007, most in school; 401 cases of patients were reported, the average attack rate was 10.3/ 100 000; most varicella patients were children of 4-15 years old, the ratio of male to female was 1.66:1; sporadic cases were conducted emergency vaccination of varicella, totally 52 times and 2994 people received vaccination in school and nurseries. [Conclusion]Isolation and publicity of students with varicella are important control measures for prevalence and spread of varicella in school.
