| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨社区护理干预对老年高血压病病人降压效果的影响。方法:选择120例老年高血压病病人,随机分成两组,两组采用相同的药物控制,同时观察组60例患者给予社区干预,对照组60例患者给予常规护理,疗程一个月,对比观察降压效果。结果:经社区护理干预后,观察组的降压效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压病病人降压效果的社区护理干预对控制老年人的高血压有较大作用,值得借鉴。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the community nursing intervention on elderly hypertension antihypertensive effect.Methods:120 cases of elderly hypertensive patients,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group,the two group was treated with the same drug control,while the observation group give community intervention,the control group received routine nursing,course of treatment for a month,comparative observation on hypotensive effect.Results:After intervention,the observation group hypotensive effect is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of community nursing intervention on hypertension of old people have bigger effect,worthy of clinical application. |
