| 摘 要： | 目的:采用HPLC法测定白毛夏枯草中木犀草素的含量。方法:采用ZOBAX SB-C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.8%磷酸溶液(45:55)作为流动相,流速为0.8ml·min~(-1),柱温:30℃,检测波长为350nm。结果:木犀草素在1.06～10.60μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为98.31%,RSD为1.33%。结论:本方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于白毛夏枯草中木犀草素的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of luteolin in Ajuga decumbens Thunb.Method:The ZOBAX SB-C_(18) column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used,the mobile phase consisted of Methanol -0.8%phosphoric acid solution(45 :55),the flow rate was 0.8ml?min~(-1),the column temperature was 30℃,and the UV detector was set at 350nm.Result:The cablibration curve was linear within the range of 1.06-10.60μg·ml~(-1),the average recovery was 98.31%and the RSD is 1.33%.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,and ... |
