36条目简明量表在中国人群中的适用性研究

目的　探讨 36条目简明量表 ( SF- 36 )在中国人群中的适用性。方法　评价 SF- 36在 16 0 3个农村居民、6 46个城市居民、70名中专女生、12 2名骨质疏松病人和 15 0名中风患者中的信度与效度。结果　 SF- 36在中国人群中的信度和效度总体上可以接受 ,但不同领域的信度和效度不同 ,在不同人群中的测量信度和效度也不同。领域“躯体活动功能”、“躯体功能对角色功能的影响”、“疼痛”和“总体健康自评”的信度和效度要优于领域“活力”、“社会功能”、“情绪对角色功能的影响”和“心理健康”。农村人群的信度和效度比其他人群差。结论　 SF- 36可以在中国人群中应用 ,但必须注意不同特征人群的信度和效度差异 ,尤其在解释有关心理和社会功能测量领域的结果时要慎重

Feasibility of Using Short Form 36 in Chinese Population

Objective To explore the feasibility of using the SF-36 inChinese population. Methods We tested the reliabilit y and validity of the SF-36 in 1603 rural residents, 646 urban residents, 70 hi gh school girls, 122 patients with osteoporosis, and 150 stroke patients. Results The reliability and validity of the SF-36 in general were a cceptable, however, the reliability and validity varied among different domains and in different populations. The reliability and validity of the domains “limi tations in physical activities”, “limitations in usual role activities because of physical health problems”, “bodily pain”, and “general health perception ” were better than those of the domains “vitality”, “limitations in social a ctivities”, “limitations in usual role activities because of emotional problem s”, and “mental health”. Conclusion The results indicate th at we can use the SF-36 in Chinese population, but we have to pay attentions to the variance of the reliability and validity in different populations, especial ly for the interpretation of the results of the domains related to mental and so cial functions.
