腹腔感染致休克患者行损伤控制性治疗的护理

目的探讨腹腔感染导致感染性休克患者行损伤控制性治疗的护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2007年12月至2011年1月成都军区总医院普外胃肠科收治的32例腹腔严重感染致休克患者的临床资料。结果经损伤控制性治疗与护理,32例患者中30例患者痊愈出院、2例患者由于多器官功能衰竭死亡。结论腹腔感染导致休克的患者应用损伤控制性策略指导护理可以早期发现休克症状,早期进行抗休克治疗,有效腹腔引流,从而维护重要器官功能、控制感染、促进感染灶的消除,最终降低患者创伤程度、提高救治成功率。

Nursing of Damage Control Treatment for Patients with Septic Shock following Intra-abdominal Infection

Objective To explore nursing measures shock following intra-abdominal infection. Methods of damage control treatment for patients with septic A retrospective review was conducted on the nursing measures on 32 sepsis shock patients resulting from celiac infection in the hospital from December 2007 to January 2011. Results Of the 32 patients, 30 were cured and discharged and 2 died from multiple organ failure. Conclusion Taking nursing treatments directed by damage control measures will contribute to early observation of shock symptoms and early anti-shock treatment, effective peritoneal drainage, so as to maintain important organ function, control infection, promote infection foci laid and eventually reduce patient＇s wound degree and improve the success rate of treatment.
