某地区部分护士职业价值观现状调查及分析

目的了解某地区部分护士职业价值观现状,并对其影响因素进行分析。方法 2011年7-9月,便利抽样法选择山西省8所二级甲等以上综合医院的798名护士为研究对象,采用护士职业价值观量表和自制的一般资料问卷对其进行调查,并分析其结果。结果护士职业价值观评分为(3.23±0.564)分,4个维度评分由高到低依次排序为责任自由安全[(3.35±0.706)分]、信任[(3.34±0.717)分]、行动主义[(3.22±0.645)分]、提供照顾[(3.15±0.580)分]。不同年龄、科室、职称和对所从事岗位态度的护士职业价值观状况的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论山西省部分护士职业价值观处于中等偏上水平,建议采用正面宣教和目标激励的方法,针对护理人员的特点给予支持和引导,使其树立起正确的职业态度和职业价值观,引导护士产生相对满足的职业心态,激发群体中不同层次的个体通过努力实现自己的目标。

Investigation on Current Situation of Professional Nursing Values in Clinical Nurses Somewhere

Objective To explore the current situation of professional nursing values and analyze the related factors of nurses from somewhere. Methods Between July and September 2011, Questionnaires which included nursing professional values scale-R and self-designed demographic data form were utilized to collect the data from 798 nurses from 8 grade-II Level-A or higher comprehensive hospitals in Shanxi Province. The data were analyzed statistically. Results The overall professional nursing values scores were on the middle level （3.23_＋0. 564）. In this survey,the scales in subscale of reliability,freedom,safety, trust,activism and care were 3.35±0. 706,3. 34±0. 717,3. 22±0. 645,3. 15±0. 580, respectively. The results of multiple regression revealed that ages, departments, professional titles and positions, the score of professional values were the related factors of professional nursing values（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nurses＇ professional nursing values were on the middle level. The positive mission and goals motivation combine with support and guidance in accordance with the characteristics of nursing staff contribute to establishing the right professional attitudes and professional values, guiding nurses to produce relatively satisfactory professional attitudes and stimulating the individuals in different group levels to achieve their goals.
