上海市护理人员情绪智力与工作绩效相关性研究

摘    要:目的了解上海市护理人员情绪智力水平和工作绩效现状,探讨两者之间的关系。方法采用问卷调查法,随机抽取上海市两家三级综合性医院和一家二级综合性医院共260名临床一线护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员整体情绪智力水平呈中等偏上程度(3.63±0.37),护理人员工作绩效的自评得分略高于护士长的他评,但其差异没有统计学意义(P〉0.05),情绪智力与工作绩效各维度呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论护理人员情绪智力水平的提高可促进护理工作绩效。

Abstract:Objectives TO investigate the nurses'emotional intelligence and job performances, and analyze the relationships between them. Methods Total 260 clinical nurses in two level -three hospitals and one level - two hospital in shanghai were surveyed with questionnaires about the relationships between the nurses'emotional in- telligence and job performances. Results It were showed that nurses emotional intelligence was in the middle lev- el(3.63 ±0.37) , and there was no significant difference between the scores of self- rating and other - rating of performance (P 〉 0.05 ). There was a positive relationship between the nurses%motional intelligence and job per- formance ( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion The improvement of emotional intelligence can promote job performance of the clinical nurses.
