| 摘 要： | 目的探讨持续性异位妊娠的预防性治疗方法。方法 85名PEP患者随机分成2组进行不同的治疗:甲组(43例)采用甲氨蝶呤(MTX)肌肉注射,单次50mg。乙组(42例)采用联合用药:米非司酮25mg,口服,2次/d,共3d;服药第1天同时肌肉注射MTX,单次50mg。对疗效进行观察分析。结果 MTX联合米非司酮预防性治疗PEP成功率较单用MTX高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血β-HCG降至正常值的时间也明显短于单用MTX,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论两药配伍治疗持续性异位妊娠,特别对有生育要求者,效果明显。
