原发性胆囊癌外科联合化学疗法的疗效分析

目的:探讨原发性胆囊癌的临床治疗经验。方法:对60例原发性胆囊癌患者进行分组治疗,对照组采用单纯手术疗法,治疗组采用手术联合化学方法治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:所有患者均完成随访,随访率为100%;治疗组用手术联合化学方法治疗1年后生存患者27例,占90.0%,3年生存患者22例,占73.3%,5年生存患者12例,占40.0%;对照组采用单纯手术治疗,1年后生存患者23例,占76.7%,3年生存患者14例,占46.7%,5年生存患者3例,占10.0%,治疗组1、3、5年生存率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胆囊癌患者采用手术联合化学方法治疗,能显著提高患者的生存率,疗效显著,值得推广。

The Combined of Surgical Treatment and Chemotherapy in Primary Carcinoma of the Gallbladder

Objective： To evaluate the surgical treatment and to improve the prognosis of gallbladder cancer. Methods ： Clinical data of 120 cases of primary gallbladder carcinoma, undergoing surgical operation from Jau. 1995 to Jau. 2005 in our hospital, were analyzed retrospectively. The control group patients were treated with simple cholecystectomy, the standard surgical treatment and others methods, the experimental group were treated surgical treatment and Chemotherapy. Results：Postoperative 1.3,5 year the experimental group survival rates were 90.0%, 73.3% and 40.0%, respectively. Postoperative 1. 3. 5 years the control group survival rates were 76.7%, 46.7% and 10.0%, respectively. Conclusion：The combined of surgical treatment and chemotherapy in primary carcinoma of the gallbladder have a great significance in mi proving survival of the PCG patients.
