五爪金龙的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:为阐明五爪金龙的有效成分,对其地上部分进行了化学成分研究。方法:五爪金龙地上部分乙醇回流提取,提取物用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,氯仿萃取部位经反复硅胶柱层析。化合物结构鉴定通过理化常数和波谱数据进行确定。结果:分离得到4个化合物,经光谱方法和物理方法鉴定分别为槲皮素-4′,7-二甲醚(Ⅰ),山奈素-4′,7-二甲醚(Ⅱ),β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)。结论:以上化合物全部为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅱ为首次从该属中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the chemical constituents from Ipomoea cairica. Methods : Compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel chromatographic techniques. And their structures were elucidated with physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results:Four chemical constituents were isolated and identified as quercetin-7,4'-dimethyl ethyl(I), kaempferol-7,4'-dimethyl ethyl (2) β-daucosterol (3), β-sitosterol (4) respectively. Conclusion : Compound 1 -- 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compound 2 was isolated from genus Ipomea.
