| 摘 要： | 目的探讨BMSCs移植治疗肝硬化的最佳移植途径。方法1.取6周龄健康SD雌性大鼠股骨骨髓,以密度梯度离心和贴壁法分离纯化BMSCs。2.体重250~300g雌性SD大鼠60只,CCl4联合酒精制做肝硬化模型。3.取模型大鼠50只随机分为对照组,尾静脉移植组,肝脏移植组,脾脏移植组,门静脉移植组,每组10只。各实验组均移植DAPI标记的BMSCs。4.3周后比较各组大鼠肝功能。结果实验各组大鼠肝功能均明显改善,其中肝脏局部移植组效果优于其他各组,其他各组之间差异无统计学意义。结论通过肝脏局部移植BMSCs治疗肝硬化比经外周静脉、门静脉、脾脏更有优势。
