主动脉瓣二尖瓣与三尖瓣联合病变的外科治疗体会

目的 :总结 2 5例主动脉瓣、二尖瓣及三尖瓣联合病变的外科治疗体会。方法 :术前心功能Ⅲ级 18例 ,Ⅳ级 7例 ,2 5例均施行二尖瓣及主动脉瓣置换 ,三尖瓣成形术。结果 :术后并发症的发生率较低 ,无术后早期死亡 ,晚期死亡 2例 ,生存病例随访 3～ 6 0月 ,心功能显著改善。结论 :术前改善心功能和术后减少并发症的发生是提高术后生存率的重要措施 ,三尖瓣多采用DeVega成形术。

Surgical treatment of integrated disease of the aortic mitral and tricuspid valves

Objective:To review the experience of the surgical treatment of integrated heart valve of the aortic valvular, mitral valvalar and tricuspid valvular(IDAMTV). Clinical material and Methods:Twentyfive patients underwent the IDAMTV, In 18(72%)patients, their heart function(HF) were Ⅲ grade, and the others were Ⅳ grade. Postoperative follow up was 3-60 months. Results:It was low that the morbidity of complications postoperatively. There was no mortality on the early postoperative days. Two of 25(8%)patients deied later, The postoperative HF of the surviving because better significantly than those preopertively. Conclusion:It suggests that the imp ortant method to develope the curgic survival rates is to improve HF preoperatively and to reduce themorbidity of the complications postoperatively. Devega tricuspid valve annuloplasty is the choice of treatment the disease of tricuspide valvar commonly.
