| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种快速AEC-ELISA方法,抗原包板后其操作全过程可在1小时内完成。该法对90例粪检虫卵阳性的血吸虫病人及54例健康者的检测结果显示,阳性符合率达100％,阴性符合率达96.67％。快速ABC-ELSA的敏感性和特异性与常规方法基本相同,提示改良的快速AEC-ELISA对诊断血吸虫病血清中的抗-SEA抗体更具实用性,建议推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | This paper introduced and described an improved immunoenzymatic technique called fast AEC-ELISA. The process of fast ABC-ELISA needed only one hour, Which saved much time as comparing with routine method that needed 5 or 6 hours, After detecting 90 cases with schistosomiasis and 54 healthy sera, we found that there was no significant differences of both sensibility and specificity between fast method and routine one. It is suggested that fast ABC-ELISA is a more practical and worthy method. |
