摘    要:
现代社会医疗技术取得长足的进步,但是患者对医疗行为的满意度并没有因此而提高。本文通过总结防范和处理医疗纠纷的做法与体会,探讨医院管理者如何正确看待患者的投诉,有效处理医疗纠纷,促使医院和医务人员不断改善服务、规范医疗行为、提高管理艺术,以满足患者对医疗服务的需求。

Abstract:
Modem medical technology has made considerable progress, but patient satisfaction with medi- cal practice has not been increased. In this paper, the practices of our hospitals were summarized about how to pre- vent and deal with the medical disputes, to guide hospital managers to treat the patient's complaints properly, deal with the medical disputes effectively, improve medical services continuously, regulate medical practices, and im- prove the art of management, and meet patient demands of medical services.
