| Abstract: | With the overall reform of the medical and health undertakings of our country, the competition between hospitals has been transformed into integrated soft power of competition on behalf of scientific research, in- novation and medical talent. Standardized management of scientific research, strengthening their own advantage and raising the overall level of hospital disciplines, are important measures for hospital to achieve sustainable develop- ment and enhance the core competitiveness in the new era. |
