| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨热化学治疗老年恶性胸腔积液的近期疗效和毒副作用。方法:将42例患者随机分成热化疗组22例,化疗组20例;化疗组采用抽尽胸水后,胸腔内注射顺铂(DDP,100 mg)加地塞米松(10 mg),热化疗组在此基础上联合局部热疗。观察两组近期疗效和毒副反应。结果:热化学治疗老年大量胸腔积液近期有效率达90%,其毒副作用较轻。结论:热化学治疗老年恶性胸腔积液疗效较好,且副作用小。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the thermo-chemical treatment of malignant pleural effusion efficacy and toxicity.Methods: Forty old patients were randomly divided into two thermochemotherapy group and chemotherapy group.Thermo-chemotherapy group were treated with pleural injection of cisplatin (DDP 100 mg) and dexamethasone 10 mg combined with local thermo-therapy.Chemotherapy group were treated with cisplatin and dexamethasone without thermo-therapy.Results: The near responsive rate for the thermo-chemical treatment on malignant pleural effusion was up to 90%,along with fewer complications.Conclusion: Thermo-chemical treatment of malignant pleural effusion is safe and has good near outcomes. |
