间苯三酚在宫颈物理治疗后人工流产术中的应用

目的:探讨间苯三酚配伍利多卡因用于宫颈物理治疗后的人工流产术的效果及安全性。方法:将2009年12月-2010年12月间我院行人工流产术中曾行宫颈物理治疗的患者随机分成两组:间苯三酚组(观察组)80例和对照组80例。在术前,间苯三酚组静脉注射间苯三酚40～80mg;对照组不用药,然后术中均用利多卡因宫颈旁4、10点各注射2.5ml。比较两组的效果及不良反应。结果:间苯三酚对曾宫颈物理治疗过的人工流产手术宫颈松弛效果好;无不良反应,不会增加术后阴道流血量,无1例并发症发生。结论:间苯三酚与利多卡因配伍用于宫颈物理治疗后的人工流产术效果好,不良反应小,安全性高,值得推荐。

Pyrogallol Compatibility between Lidocaine for Cervical Physical Therapy after the Clinical Evaluation Performed Abortions

Objective:To study the compatibility of lidocaine phloroglucinol after treatment for cervical physical effects of abortion and safety.Methods:In our hospital in December 2009-2010 in our hospital between December Abortion had cervical physical therapy were randomly divided into two groups: phloroglucinol group 80 and control group 80 cases.Before surgery,phloroglucinol group IV phloroglucinol 40~80mg;the control group without medication,and surgery are 4,10 points paracervical lidocaine was injected 2.5ml.Two groups were compared and side effects.Results:Phloroglucinol on abortion cervical relaxation effect,and;no adverse reaction will not increase the amount of vaginal bleeding after surgery,no case of complications.Conclusion:Phloroglucinol compatibility with lidocaine after treatment for cervical physical effect of induced abortion,side effects,safety,is recommended.
