大肠癌PCNA和BCL—2表达预后价值

该文应用免疫组化方法检测４２例有随访资料的大肠癌石蜡标本增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）和Ｂ细胞性淋巴细胞瘤－２（ＢＣＬ－２）的表达。结果表明：正常大肠粘膜表面上皮ＰＣＮＡ和ＢＣＬ－２表达均为阴性，而ＰＣＮＡ和ＢＣＬ－２大肠癌组织均有较高表达，且ＰＣＮＡ在大肠癌中表达强弱与患者术后复发时间，死亡时间，肿瘤分化程度，淋巴转移和Ｄｕｋｅｓ分期有明显正相关关系（Ｐ〈０．０５），而与发病年龄，性别，肿块部位无关

PROGNOSTIC EVALUATION OF PCNA AND BCL-2 EXPRESSION OF COLORECTAL CARCINOMA

Utilizing immunohist ochemical methods, the expressions of PCNA and BCL- 2 from formalin-fixed and paraffin-embeded specimens of 42 Patients with colorectal carcinoma during a follow-up (three years later) were analyzed. The results show that the expressions of PCNA and BCL - 2 are negative in normal colorectal mucosae but positive in colorectal carcinoma. PCNA demonstrated a positive correlation (P < 0. 05) with the recurrence and death time of a patient, tumor stage, and lymph metastasis, but a negative correlation with patien's age, gender, and tumor location. BCL - 2 only shared a highly positive correlation (P< 0. 001) with tumor stage and no obvious correlation (P >0. 05) with such factors as recurrence time, death time, lymph metastasis, age, sex, and tumor location. All thase festures are important for clinical treatment and prognostic evaluation of colorectal carcinoma.
