| 摘 要： | 为了解不同类型贫血病人血清叶酸、维生素B12 的变化 ,用放射免疫分析法测定了 43例不同类型的血液病贫血患者的血清叶酸和维生素B12 含量 ,结果表明缺铁性贫血血清叶酸和维生素B12 不减少 ;骨髓增生异常综合征随病程进展血清叶酸值呈递减变化 ,白血病活动期患者的血清叶酸含量明显低于正常 ,恶性血液病贫血患者治疗前血清维生素B12 含量可较正常增高 ,但增高的程度可因血液病类型的不同而异。因此 ,测定血清叶酸和维生素B12值对血液病贫血的鉴别诊断及某些血液病的病情演变和预后判断有一定的意义 |

| Abstract: | To explore a possible relation between the levels of folic acid and VitB 12 and different kinds of anemia, these two serum substances from 43 cases were measured with radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the content of serum folic acid and vitamin B 12 was not decreased in iron deficiency anemia. Folic acid was gradually decreased with the progression of myelodysplasia syndrome, and was obviously decreased in active stage of leukemia. The level of serum VitB 12 might be increased above normal pretreatment of malignant hematonosis but the extents of increase were varied with different kinds of these diseases. So that it is significant for the differential diagnosis and prognosis of some of hematonosis to measure the concentrations of serum folic acid and VitB 12 . |
