摘    要:目的探讨脑缺血大鼠脑组织P38、GAP-43的变化及刺五加总黄酮的保护作用。方法制作大鼠脑缺血模型,应用免疫组化方法,测定正常对照组、治疗组、正常组P38、GAP-43表达的影响。结果P38和GAP-43的表达水平随再灌注延长而不断上升;在各时间点,治疗组P38和GAP-43的表达水平均高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论刺五加总黄酮可上调突触素P38、生长相关蛋白GAP-43的表达,具有促进突触再建和增强、完善再建突触效能的作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the change of P38 and GAP-43 in cerebral tissue after acute cerebral infarction in rats and the protection of total flavones of acanthpanacis senticosi.Methods Cerebral ischemia models of rats were establishedat first. The expression of P38 and GAP-43 in normal control group (A), treatment group (B) and model group (C) were detect by immunohistochemical method.Results The expressions of P38 and GAP-43 kept increasing. During each stage, levels of P38 and GAP-43 expression in treatment group were higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Total flavones of acanthpanacis senticosi could increase the expressions of P38 and GAP-43, promote synapse reconstruction and enhance the function of reconstructive synapse.
