| Abstract: | To summarize the construction and practice experience of clinical specific nursing model,including the selection and training of specific nurses, specific nursing technology standardization, specific nursing quality control. Application of clinical nursing specific model has achieved some success in the nursing service quality, improvement of specific nurses＇ ability and whole construction of nursing specialty. |
