鼻咽癌中CD44v6和nm23H1表达的原位杂交研究

摘    要:目的 探讨CD44v6mRNA和nm2 3H1mRNA表达与鼻咽癌 (NPC)临床意义及其相关性。方法 应用催化信号放大原位杂交方法 ,检测 65例NPC中CD44v6mRNA和nm2 3H1RNA表达 ,结合临床病理指标及随访病例进行研究分析。结果 在NPC中CD44v6mRNA和nm2 3H1mRNA表达阳性率分别为 47 7%和 5 2 3 %。CD44v6mRNA阳性表达和nm2 3H1mRNA阴性表达与NPC原发病灶分期和淋巴结转移均呈正相关 ,患者 5年内复发转移率高 (P <0 0 1) ,5年存活率低 (P <0 0 5 )。CD44v6mRNA表达与nm2 3H1mRNA表达呈负相关。结论 NPC中CD44v6mRNA表达与nm2 3H1mRNA表达具有负调节的协同作用 ,均可作为预测NPC转移、复发和评估预后的重要生物学指标

Abstract:Objective To investigate the Clinical significance and correlation of the expression of CD44v6 mRNA and nm23H1 mRNA in nasopharygeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods Catalyzed signal amplification(CSA) in situ hybridization were used to detect the expression of CD44v6 mRNA and nm23H1 mRNA in 65 cases of nasopharygeal carcinoma,and the study was combined with analysis of clinical pathology index and follow-up survey of NPC cases.Results In NPC tissues,the positive rates of CD44v6 mRNA and nm23H1 mRNA were 47.7% and 52.3%,respectively.The positive expression of CD44v6 mRNA and the negative expression of nm23H1 mRNA were positively correlated with the staging of primary NPC and its lymph node metastasis,patients with above relation had a high recurrence and metastasis rate ( P <0 01) and a low survival rate ( P <0 05) in five years.The expression of CD44v6 mRNA had a negative correlation with that of nm23H1 mRNA.Conclusion The expression of CD44v6 mRNA has acoaction in negative regulation with that of nm23H1 mRNA in NPC.The two kinds of mRNA could be important pathological biologic indexes to predict the metastasis and recurrence of NPC and to evaluate its prognosis.
