| Abstract: | Objective To explore the current treatment strategy of damage control surgery(DCS) and intraoperative hemostasis skills for severe hepatic trauma.Methods The clinical data of 46 patients with severe hepatic trauma were retrospectively analyzed.Results DCS was performed in all 46 patients.Then all cases were performed corresponding reoperations after SICU resuscitation.Forty cases was cured,with cure rate of 87.0%.There were 3 cases of complications following reoperation,including 1 case of hepatapostema,2 c... |
