柠檬酸对大鼠的致畸作用

摘    要:
柠檬酸(1)、(2)、(3)分别由三烷基氧膦(TRPO)萃取法、磷酸三丁酯(TBP)萃取法和钙盐法生产所获产品,其对雌性大鼠经口的LD_(50)分别为8250 mg/kg、12 100 mg/kg、5620mg/kg,均属实际无毒类食品添加剂。本研究结果证明,柠檬酸(1)、(3)对鼠增重、着床数、活胎数、受孕率、胎鼠的身长、体重等均未见不良影响。但阳性对照组(敌枯双,1mg/kg)和柠檬酸(2)组(1/4LD_(50),3025mg/kg)对大鼠均呈明显的致畸作用,仔鼠的畸胎发生率分别为3.9和3.2%。

Abstract:
Three kinds of food additive citric acid were produced by (1) TRPO, (2) by TBP and (3) by the calcium salt method. Their LD50 were 8250 mg/kg, 12 100 mg/ kg and 6520 mg kg respectively, in female rats when the drug was administered by gayage.The results showed no harmful effects on maternal body weight gain, percentage of implantation, pregnancy rate, or fetal height and body weight.However, teratogenic effects were found in the positive control rats on Dexo and citric acid (2).
