| 摘 要： | 目的调查铜陵地区支气管哮喘发病相关的主要变应原。方法应用德国麦德维斯公司提供的敏筛过敏原定量检测系统对101例哮喘患者进行血清学特异性IgE(sIgE)检测。结果变应原总检出率为78.21%(79例)。阳性患者中户尘螨阳性率最高,为69.62%(55例),其次为屋尘,56.96%(45例),花粉为16.45%(13例),猫毛、霉菌均为7.59%(6例),狗毛、蟑螂均为5.06%(4例)。结论尘螨、屋尘是铜陵地区支气管哮喘患者的主要变应原,对预防支气管哮喘发作及开展特异性免疫性治疗有一定指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the main allergens relative to asthma in Tongling.Methods AllergyScreen system from Mediwiss Company was used to determine the sIgE of 101 cases with asthma.Results Total positive rate was 78.21%(79 cases).The positive rate of the house dust mites was the highest(69.62%,55/79).The positive rates of house dust and the pollen were 56.96%(45/79) and 16.45(13/79),respectively.The cat dander and the moulds were all 7.59%(6/79).The dog dander and the cockroach were all 5.06%(4/79).Conclusion The main allergen for asthma in Tongling are house dust mites and house dust.Prevention of asthma and developion of SIT can be guided by the testing result. |
