| 摘 要： | 目的 :对 1998年以来 ,采用两种不同方法对小儿深度烧伤创面进行治疗 ,探讨一种适合于小儿深度烧伤创面治疗的较理想的临床治疗方法。方法 :随机选择 6 9例患儿分两组进行分析比较 ,即 :37例采用烧伤湿润暴露疗法 (MEBT)治疗者作为治疗组 (A组 ) ,32例采用传统烧伤“干燥疗法”治疗者为对照组 (B组 ) ,观察两组治疗效果。结果 :治疗组的疼痛程度、感染发生率、创面愈合时间、手术例数、瘢痕增生率均明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,有非常显著性差异。结论 :烧伤湿润暴露疗法是治疗小儿深度烧伤创面较为理想的方法

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the efficacy of MEBT in treating pediatric deep burn wounds. Method: 62 burned children were divided into 2 group, 32 in a group to be treated with MEBT and another 32 to be treated with SD-Ag Cream. The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared. Results: In MEBT group, the pain incidence, infection rate and scar forming rate were lower than that in SD-Ag Cream group, the wound healing time was shorter and the number of cases subjected to operation was fewer (P<0.01). Conclusion: MEBT is an ideal remedy for treating pediatric deep burn wounds. |
