摘    要:目的:研究6,8-二-三氟甲基-7-乙酰氧基白杨素(dFMAChR)的抗宫颈癌作用。方法:体外培养人宫颈癌(HeLa)细胞,采用MTT比色法测定不同浓度dFMAChR作用72 h对HeLa细胞增殖相对抑制率;建立人宫颈癌裸鼠移植瘤模型,评价dFMAChR在体人宫颈癌治疗的有效性。结果:MTT法测定结果显示,dFMAChR抑制体外培养HeLa细胞生长,呈浓度依赖性。人宫颈癌裸鼠移植瘤模型治疗实验结果表明,dFMAChR对人宫颈癌裸鼠移植瘤的生长具有抑制作用,呈剂量和时间依赖性。结论:dFMAChR能抑制人宫颈癌裸鼠移植瘤生长。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of 6,8ditrifluoromethy-7-acetoychrysin(dFMAChR) on human cervical cancer.Methods The growth inhibitory effect of human cervical cancer line HeLa by treatment with various concentrations of dFMAChR for 72 h were determined using MTT assay.To establish human cervical carcinoma xenograft in nude mouse model,the anti-cervical cancer effect of dFMAChR in vivo were observed.Results MTT assays in vitro showed dFMAChR inhibited significantly the growth of HeLa cells in a concentration-dependent. Therapeutic trial of human cervical carcinoma xenograft in nude mouse model indicated that dFMAChR significantly inhibited the growth of human cervical carcinoma xenografts in Balb/c-nu mice in a dose-and time-dependent manner.Conclusion dFMAChR suppresse the growth of human cervical carcinoma xenografts in Balb/c-nu mice.
