母牛分枝杆菌菌苗在肺结核复治中的疗效观察

摘    要:
目的 :探讨肺结核复治的特点 ,以及免疫调节剂———冻干治疗用母牛分枝杆菌菌苗 (微卡 )对肺结核复治的疗效观察。方法 :把 6 7例复治病人随机分成两组 ,采用WHO推荐的复治方案 2H3 R3 Z3 E3 S3 /6H3 R3 E3 为对照组 33例 ;与用复治方案 2H3 R3 Z3 E3 S3 /6H3 R3 E3 加用冻干治疗用母牛分枝杆菌菌苗 (微卡 )为治疗组 34例。对症状体征 ,病灶吸收 ,痰菌转阴 ,空洞闭合等方面进行疗效观察。结果 :在症状体征 ,病灶吸收 ,痰菌转阴 ,空洞闭合等方面治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论 :冻干治疗用母牛分枝杆菌菌苗在复治性肺结核治疗中的作用肯定 ,疗效确切 ,值得在临床中推广

Abstract:
Objective:To discuss the characteristic tuberculosis that treated agiain as well as immunity conditioning agent-frozen-dry treatment of mycobacterium vaccae vaccine(M vaccae),the observation of curative effect that treated for tuberculosis again.Methods:67 patients that treated for tuberculosis again were randomly divided into two groups,WHO recommendation treaed scheme 2H_3R_3Z_3E_3S_3/6H_3R_3E_3 again were used in 33 control patients,and the other 34 patients were treated with 2H_3R_3Z_3E_3S_3/6H_3R_3E_3,adding with frozen-dry treatment of mycobacterium vaccae vaccine (M vacclle).To observe the curative effect in these patients of symptomatic,and physical signs,focal absorption,phlegm bacterium turning negative.Results:The curative effect of treatment group in symptomatic and physical signs,focal absorption,phlegm bacterium turning negative,empty closed etc,it was better than the control group obviously.Conculsion:The curative effect that freeze-dry to treat with mycobacterium vaccae vaccine in the tuberculosis’treatment again is definite.It is worthy of popularization in clinical.
