主动脉夹层的螺旋CT和彩色多普勒超声评价

目的：评价主动脉夹层的螺旋ＣＴ和彩色多普勒超声诊断价值及表现。方法：２３例主动脉夹层患者进行了２５人次螺旋ＣＴ检查，层厚１０ｍｍ，螺距１．５。其中２１例进行了２９人次经胸部彩色多普勒超声检查。

Aortic dissection:a comparative evaluation with spiral CT and color Doppler echocardiography

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic features and efficacy with spiral CT anD color Doppler echocardiography in the aortic dissection.Methods:Twenty three patients underwent 25 spiral CT examinations.Slice-thickness is 10mm,P value=1.5. Among them,21 patients were examed with transthoracic color Doppler echocardiography 29 times.The spiral CT and echocardiographic appearance were classified into the specific and the non-specific for analysis. Results:The diagnostic accuracy and specificity of the spiral CT achieved 100%,of color Doppler echocardiography were 90.5%and 100% respectively. There are no difference between them. Conclusion:Spiral CT and color Doppler echocardiography have similar diagnostic superiority with its own features, and the information from both examination should be combined in order to achieve the whole assessment and the accurate diagnosis of aortic dissection.
