江苏口岸出入境人员艾滋病知晓情况调查及影响因素分析

目的调查分析江苏口岸出入境人员艾滋病相关知识知晓情况及其影响因素。方法2006年1—5月在江苏省内分别抽取苏州、昆山、常州、南通、徐州、盐城六个分支局保健中心出入境人员3000人进行艾滋病相关知识的调查，并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果出境人员和入境人员艾滋病相关知识有显著性差异。单因素分析结果显示：出入境人员艾滋病相关知识水平与人员类型、年龄、文化程度、职业、婚姻状况有关。多因素分析结果显示：人员类型、文化程度、职业对出入境人员艾滋病相关知识水平有显著性影响。结论对于不同职业和文化程度的出境人员和入境人员，检验检疫部门应该有针对地改进和完善国内现有比较单一的宣传教育方式，发挥国境口岸有效防制艾滋病传播的重要作用。

Investigation and Analysis of Factors of AIDS Related Knowledge in Entry-exit personels at Jiangsu Port

Objective： The purpose of paper is to master the AIDS related knowledge and influencing factors among entry-exit personnel at Jiangsu Port. Method： From January to May 2006, healthcare centers of Suzhou, Kunshan, Changzhou, Nantong, Xuzhou and Yancheng has been choosed; adapting a successive survey approach, 500 entry-exit personnel shall be random selected in each health center to carry out the survey, totally 3000 persons involved. The single-factor logistic regression analysis showed that the level of AIDS knowledge among entry-exit personnel have statistic association with personnel type, age, educational level, occupation, marital status. The multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that the level of AIDS knowledge among entry-exit personnel have statistic association with personnel type, education, occupation. Conclusion： To different occupational and educational level of exit and entry personnel, inspection and quarantine departments should be targeted to improve and consummate domestic simple way of publicity education and play an important role in the controlling spread of AIDS at frontier port.
