胃肠道间质瘤27例16层螺旋CT分析

目的分析胃肠道间质瘤16排螺旋CT表现,提高诊断水平,减少误诊。方法回顾性分析我院手术后并经病理证实的27例胃肠道间质瘤患者的16排螺旋CT表现。结果胃肠道间质瘤发生在胃19例,小肠5例,直肠2例,肠系膜1例;其中恶性17例,潜在恶性5例,良性5例。恶性呈类圆形或分叶状,直径〉5 cm,密度不均,边界不清,增强后不均匀明显强化;潜在恶性瘤体较均匀;良性瘤体呈类圆形,直径〈5 cm,边界清,密度尚均匀,增强后呈均匀强化。结论 16排螺旋CT检查对胃肠道间质瘤的定位、定性诊断具有很重要的价值。

Analysis in 27 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors by 16-slice spiral CT

Objective To improve the diagnosis and reduce misdiagnosis by analyzing 27 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors by 16-slice spiral CT.Methods 27 patients with pathologically proven gastrointestinal stromal tumors performance were retrospectively analyzed by 16-slice spiral CT.Result Gastrointestinal stromal tumors occurred 19 cases in stomach,5 case in small intestine,2 cases in rectum and 1 case in mesentery.Among 27 patients,17 cases of malignancy were round or lobulated with diameter5 cm,density uneven,ill-defined and uneven after enhanced scan,5 cases of potential malignancy was less uniform and 5 cases of benign were round,with a diameter 5 cm,border clearance,density uniform and showed homogeneous enhancement.Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT examination has a very important value,to the positioning and qualitative diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor.
