| 摘 要： | 过去20年国内外先后完成了400项以上的大规模、随机对照临床研究，如ISIS、GISSI、GUSTO、TIMI，4S，Syst-China，CCS-1，CAST等等，现在大规模、随机对照临床试验已成为评价一些治疗措施的最佳方法，章回顾了国内外大规模，随机对照临床试验的发展，并介绍了国内正在进行中的试验。

| Abstract: | More than 400 large, randomized, controlled trials (LRCTs)e.g.ISIS,GISSI,GUSTO,TIMI.4S, Syst - China, CCS - 1, CAST etc. have been conducted worldwide in the past 20 years. It has now become the gold -standard for the evaluation of drug therapies.The article reviewed the evolution of LRCTs and hence, the evidence - based medicine and what impact will LRCTs have on the clinical practice, and highlighted the ongoing LRCTs both in and outside China. |
