赤红补肺胶囊水提工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优选赤红补肺胶囊的水提工艺。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷含量,以水提物中有效成分芍药苷含量和千浸膏收率为指标,运用正交设计法对赤红补肺胶囊水提取工艺进行优选。结果:赤红补肺胶囊最佳水提取工艺为加入12倍量水浸泡60min,煎煮3次,每次2h。结论:采用该水提工艺提取,水提取物中芍药苷的收率较高且稳定。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the water extraction process of Chihong Bufei capsules. Methods: With the active ingredient paeoniflorin of water extract and the yield of dry extract as indicators, HPLC and orthogonal design were used to optimize the water extraction process. Results: The best water extraction process was: soaked 60 rain with 12 times of water, decocted 3 times 2 h each. Conclusion: Using the above water extract process, the yield of paeoniflorin is get high and stable.
