| 摘 要： | 了解巨细胞病毒感染与老年动脉粥样硬经性血栓性脑梗塞的关系。方法；采用间接免疫荧光法和单盲法测定老年动脉粥样硬化性脑醒塞。老年健康体检者血清巨细胞病毒抗原的ＩｇＧ抗体，用Ｘ＾２检验对两组抗体阳性率作比较。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose: To understand association of cyomegalovirus infection with atherothrombotic brain infarction in the elderly. Method:The indirect immunity fluorescence method was applied to determine the serum cytomegalovirus IgG antibody and the single blind method was used to compared the patient group and the control one. Result:The antibody positive rate in the patient group was markedly higher than that in the control( P <0.01) Conclusion:This study suggest that cytomegalovirus infection may be related to atherthromdotic brain infarction in the elderly. |
