| Abstract: | The paliurus ramosissimus poir has had significant antitussive and expectorant effect on the white mice which had had cough caused by ammonia. R value was 148%-179%, but its effective elements were unidentified. A kind of light yellow granular elements was obtained by chemical extraction and separation, and proved to be flavone by chemical qualitative determination. |
