摘    要:目的研究蒸汽吸人性损伤犬伤后血浆肿瘤坏死因子水平的改变及其与吸入性损伤呼吸循环功能受损程度的关系.方法取犬15条,以蒸汽致重度吸入性损伤,分别于伤前、伤后1h、2h、3h、4h观察有呼气相气道阻力(RE)、心率(HR)、心输出量(CO)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、血浆TNF水平;伤后4h致死动物,取肺做病理检查.结果伤后1hTNF、RE升高,HR、CO、PaO2下降;TNF与RE正相关(r=O.965,P

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the change in the level of tumour necrosis factor (TNF) in blood and its relationship to the degree of damage of cardiopulmonary function in dogs after severe steam inhalation injury. Method: Fifteen dogs were severely injured with steam inhalation. The exspiratory resistance (R E),heart rate (HR),cardial output (CO),arterial oxygen tension (PaO 2) and level of TNF in blood were measured before and 1 h,2 h,3 h,4 h after injury,then all the dog were killed for histopathological examination of their lungs. Results: At 1 hour after injury,the TNF,R E increased,HR,CO,PaO 2 decreased. The level of TNF was positively correlated with R E (r=0.965,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with CO (r=-0.824,P<0.05). Conclusion: Severe steam inhalation injury stimulates secretion of TNF. This is an important factor inducing functional disturbance of cardiopulmonary system,even of the whole body.
