2002年～2005年北京电力医院血液系统药物应用分析

目的:分析北京电力医院影响血液及造血系统药物的利用现状及趋势,为临床提供参考。方法:采用“限定日剂量”分析方法,对2002年￣2005年北京电力医院影响血液及造血系统药物的用药频度、金额、日均金额等进行分析。结果:北京电力医院影响血液及造血系统药物的应用呈平稳态势,抗血小板药物用药频度最大,促凝血药、抗凝血药同步性较好。结论:抗凝血药、抗血小板药用药量和用药金额较大,如何预防心脑血管疾病,将是我们今后研究的重点。

Utiliation analysis of the drug for blood system in Beijing electric power hospital from 2002 to 2005

Objective:Using current status and trends, we analyzed factors that affect our hospital's utilization of hematologic and hematopoietic medication to provide a reference for future clinical practice.Method:Using the "Defined Daily Dose" methodology, we analyzed medication data collected at our hospital from 2002-2005. The variables we assessed include frquency of drug use, total monetary amount and average daily monetary amount.Result:Throughout the four years, the amount of hematologic and hematopoietic medication used at our hospital remained steady. Anti-platelet medication was used most frequently. Synchronized usage of pro-coagulation and anti-coagulation medication prouided good results.Conclusion:The amount and cost of anti-coagulation and anti-platelet medication used was rather large. How to prevent cardio-cerebral vascular disease will be the focus of our future investigations.
