| 摘 要： | 干细胞和肿瘤细胞都具有无限自我更新能力,二者的调节机制也有相似之处,如端粒酶的活化、凋亡的抑制等。越来越多的证据表明,一些癌瘤内有部分细胞具有类似干细胞的功能(肿瘤干细胞),其从急性髓细胞白血病、实体瘤(乳腺癌)、恶性神经胶质瘤中被分离出来,在放疗或化疗后可继续存活,对治疗有对抗作用,是维持癌瘤恶性的关键。文章介绍有关肿瘤干细胞的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Both stem cells and cancer cells have infinite self-renewal capacity.In addition,there are some similarities in their regulating mechanisms,such as telomerase activity and inhibition of apoptosis,etc.It was demonstrated that some cancers contained cells similar to stem cells.Currently,cancer stem cells can be isolated not only from acute myeloid leukemia but also from breast carcinoma and malignant glioma,etc.These cells can survive irradiation and cytotoxic drugs,and may be resistant to therapy.Furthermore,these cells play a pivot role in maintaining cancer malignancy.This article reviews some advances on the research of cancer stem cells. |
